Schedule Hub processes only the minimum information necessary for schedule coordination and deletes it when the schedule expires.
Information we collect
We store the schedule title, candidate dates and times, and the names and available times selected by respondents. We do not collect identifying information such as email addresses or phone numbers, and respondents can choose any name they wish.
Data retention
The schedule and all responses are automatically deleted from the server 30 days after the last activity, such as submitting a response. We do not keep separate backups.
Data processing
Data storage and processing is handled by Cloudflare (Workers and D1). Advertising may be served by Google AdSense.
Your rights
Schedules are automatically deleted when they expire, so no data remains without a separate request. If you want immediate deletion before expiration, contact us at the address below with your schedule ID.
