Schedule Hub is a free schedule coordination tool that lets multiple people find available times and decide on a meeting date using just one link and no account.
Why we built it
When scheduling a meeting, group chats often turn into endless "I can do Tuesday" and "I can't do Thursday" messages until someone gives up. Schedule Hub displays all candidate times at once so everyone checks in just the times they're available, showing at a glance what works for all.
How to use it
An organizer creates a schedule by setting a title and candidate dates and times, which generates a share link. People who get the link enter their name, select the times they're available, and submit. The times with the most people available are automatically highlighted, so you can decide immediately without manual counting.
Technology
Schedule Hub is a static web app with no sign-up or app installation, and response data is processed on the Cloudflare global network. Schedules are automatically deleted 30 days after the last activity.
